Energy Efficiency The generation of cold, heat and DHW is carried out by installing an aerothermal system, where the energy needed to heat the home depends on 2 sources: 25% from the electricity supply and the remaining 75% from the outside air, thus reducing the consumption. Everything is supported by a system of photovoltaic solar panels located on the roof of the building, which help to take advantage of the inexhaustible source of sunlight that is the sun in Mallorca for us (3,544.1 hours of sunshine throughout the year). The renewal of interior air is carried out by installing a double-flow mechanical ventilation system, with a network for absorbing stale air from the interior from the humid areas of the house and the impulsion of clean air from the exterior and with the intercalation of a high-efficiency heat recuperator, which takes advantage of the temperature of the interior air, before being expelled to the outside, transferring it to the clean inlet air and which allows for an excellent degree of ventilation and comfort, as well as great savings compared to traditional systems.
