Director
Paul is the founder and director of Synergy Homes. He first came to Mallorca in 1998 and fell in love with the island. After a year of travelling around the world he worked as a sales manager in the UK before returning to Mallorca in 2004. He has been a permanent resident here since then and has owned and run a bar in Santa Catalina, worked on yachts and in 2011 he set up Synergy Homes.
In his spare time Paul enjoys travelling and sport, especially football and paddle boarding and has been a Real Mallorca season ticket holder for over 10 years.

Natasja is Dutch and has been working in the Synergy Homes Rentals department since 2015. She grew up in Holland and first came to Mallorca in the 90s and spent 6 years living here. She returned to Holland for a while but wanted to return to this wonderful island and has been a permanent resident here since 2009.
She speaks Dutch, Spanish, English and German fluently as well as some French. In her spare time Natasja enjoys exploring the beautiful island of Mallorca, wining and dining and also travelling to remote destinations throughout Asia and Africa.

Martin is French and enjoyed a happy childhood in Paris where he completed his studies in International Management. Martin has travelled extensively, mainly throughout South America and Europe and has lived abroad pursuing business ventures in construction and hospitality. He has valuable international background in real estate having worked in Mauritius selling luxury experiences.
Since moving to Mallorca in 2012, he has worked in real estate gaining local market knowledge. Martin speaks French, English and Spanish fluently and loves travelling, cooking and gastronomy, as well as a variety of sports.

Kinga is trained as a journalist and worked for radio and television in her native Hungary. After moving to Mallorca in 2004 she changed career and worked as a medical assistance coordinator for a travel insurance company, providing practical help and assistance for patients all over the world.
It is on this beautiful island that she started to enjoy outdoor sports, such as hiking, horse riding and open water swimming and she has also participated in several 10K running races over the years. Kinga joined the Synergy Homes team in March 2020 as our receptionist and apart from Hungarian, she speaks Spanish, English, French and Romanian as well as some Italian and Catalan.

Liza grew up in Belgium with her English father and Belgian mother and speaks French, English and Spanish. She worked as a social worker in Brussels and in 2010 decided to escape the cold weather and went to live in Central Africa for a year. In 2011, she moved to Mallorca with her partner at the time and their 5 month old daughter.
Since arriving on the island Liza has had a variety of professional experiences, even being a quad-bike instructor, guiding tourist around the island. In her spare time, she swims long distances in the sea in the summer and in the winter, she swaps her swimsuit for running shoes. Liza joined the Synergy Homes team in December 2022 and is enthusiastic about helping our clients find their ideal home.
